"The nature of dance is its self-erasure." This means, we see a dance because it is vanishing in front of us? So we do not see it, but we are just left with a trace? Then dance is a trace we connect with another trace? And when we connect the set of traces, then we are thinking? So thought is a motion? A motion that leads us to another motion and another thought? A trace of a trace of a trace? And when we begin to know, and feel, and sense deeply, the trace of a trace in a trace, are we not in a place called HOME?

…pari intervallo, like "two lines moving in parallel."
We move in parallel journeys, and this is what we call "home."
MYRA BELTRAN, CHOREOGRAPHER

The performance is a poetic journey into the question of how we perceive dance. Choreographer Myra Beltran finds the spaces in the psyche which contain the dance and creates from this. Like deep layers of the earth shifting, the result is a silent, constant and forceful work that subtly brings the viewer to that different space, the space which the choreographer calls "home."
