Cathy Seago creates works which communicate movement beyond the comfortable limits of physicality, challenging habits of viewing. A precise vocabulary of dense and innate rhythmic structures create a rich and raw environment contextualised within set, light and sound. The work explores the tensions created when live performance, surface design and video art share performance space.

“Seago’s thirst for experimentation and philosophy becomes more and more seductive…. as gripping as it is tender.” (The Stage)
